RO: Ook...se intampla ca multi dintre noi sa nu privim cu ochi buni tendinta aceasta de a transforma unele sarbatori cu semnificatie religioasa in niste celebrari ale consumerismului. Nici mie nu mi se pare cel mai bun lucru din lume faptul ca de Craciun, elementul central a devenit Mos Craciun cu sacul sau plin de cadouri in locul nasterii lui Iisus Hristos. Dar daca suntem sinceri si ne oprim ratiunea din a-si mai face treaba, descoperim ca ne plac la nebunie cadourile. Daca suntem si mai sinceri si lasam la o parte si dorinta de a ne crea o imagine de oameni altruisti, descoperim chiar ca ne place mai mult sa le primim decat sa le oferim.

Asa ca uitati ce imi doresc eu 'sa aiba Mosul in sac pentru mine':

EN: Ook...so it happens that most of us don't necessarily like this tendency to transform some of the religious holidays into celebrations of consumerism. Personally, I don't believe that turning Santa Claus and his bag full of presents instead of Jesus Christ's birth into the main focus of Christmas is the best thing in the world. But if we are honest with ourselves and stop our common sense from doing its job, we will discover that we absolutely love presents. And if we are even more honest, we'll find that we enjoy receiving a lot more than giving.
